Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rate is 8.25%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.

Infinity Surfboards Shipping Policy

Infinity Surfboards ships to all 50 United States via USPS. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered. To ensure quick and accurate delivery we use USPS for all orders Domestic and International orders.

Domestic Shipping: Apparel

For Domestic shipping the rates apply to the number of item(s) ordered. Selecting Ground-shipping method the rate of $6.00 will be applied. Express shipping can be applied if noted under the comments section before you close out of order. Express shipping can only be used for Domestic use at a rate of $20.00. You will be notified via email of your tracking information from USPS. For Domestic orders Ground shipping will take 1-4 days to arrive after leaving from Infinity Surfboards. Express shipping will take 1-2 days to arrive after leaving from Infinity Surfboards.

International Shipping: Apparel

For International shipping rates apply to the number of item(s) ordered. Shipping charges for International orders are $25.00. You will be notified via email of your tracking information from USPS. Shipping will take 2 weeks to arrive after leaving Infinity Surfboards.

Surfboard Shipping Policy: Domestic:

All surfboard orders will be a flat rate of $150. Packaging rates will be an additional cost that will be applied to the length of the board.

Surfboard Shipping Policy: International:

Surfboard shipping rates for International orders will be at a base rate of $200 and charges will be applied accordingly depending on length and place of shipping and packaging. You will be notified via email before order is processed online, for any further information of rates and charges for the shipping process.

Infinity Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Infinity Surfboards purchase, the please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Please include the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of Store Credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges. Surfboard and Sale item(s) are Final.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on there way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please contact us before you send the Return or Exchanged item(s) so that we can check inventory and answer all questions.
