A surfboard is a very personal thing. We believe the word CUSTOM means one of our models built for your weight and surfing ability. The length, width and thickness must be carefully matched to you. A phone conversation with Steve or Larry can be useful. You can also e-mail our shapers (Steve Boehne or Larry Cobb) with questions about the designs. Read the MODELS description and DESIGN ARTICLE. Pick out the AIRBRUSH or stringer or nose block and tail block that you like and we are almost there.

You can add the base price with the airbrush, blocks, fin options, etc. to calculate the price. It's best to call the shop at (949) 661-6699 to place an order. We will need payment in full before shipping. Payment by M/C, Visa, or Money Order will all work. There is no sales tax out of California. Freight charge to most locations in the U.S. is about $150 to $190.

PACKING: $40 for a single board.  We use an extra strong, 350lb. rated cardboard box that costs us $30 plus we wrap your board in cushion foam and cardboard.  We also offer with a new board a top quality padded "day" bag regularly $90 for only $60.  The cushion foam + the padded bag offer the best protection during shipping.

* The Cluster can be ordered as a convertible (able to ride as a single fin) or standard (2 Lok Box side fins + an O'fish'l box center)

We now have a dependable supply of high quality urethane blanks. Even the Secret Weapons from 8' to 9' can again be made in polyester. Some big, thick boards can only be made of EPS/epoxy.  The EPS/epoxy boards continue to be popular for surfers who enjoy a lighter, more responsive board.
