Ryan Engle Ryan Engle joined the Infinity shaping crew in 2003 under the guidance of Steve and Dan Boehne.  It wasn't long before he began shaping for many top pro longboarders, such as Taylor Jensen, and Lindsay Steinriede.  Since then both Ryan and his team riders have racked up many impresive contest results.  Engle's Competitor model has won 2 mens asp Us titles, one asp womens crown as well as the 2003 US amateur Longboard championship.

His years of working closely with infinity on his competition designs, combined with his surfing ability and comprehensive understanding of surfing fundamentals and wave dynamics allow Ryan to adapt to any type of shape. Today, Engle shapes every genre of board from shortboards, to the Infintree retros', classic and contemporary long boards, as well as stand up paddle boards.

In 2006 Engle was featured in Longboard Magazine with his mentor Steve Boehne under the shaper and apprentice article.  Ryan also was part of the 2006 "shapers pannle" at the Huntington Beach Surf Feastivle along side such legends as Terry Martin, Micky Munoz, Rich Harbour, and Gordie.
