Hi Steve, Cabbo, George & David,

I just wanted to let all of you know how much I appreciated the great service I received in ordering and getting my new 9' 10" Infinity Rad Nose Rider. I picked it up yesterday, Sunday, June 27 and could not have been more pleased with the board. The shape, finish & quality was perfect. I can't wait to get some waves and ride it. Cabbo did an incredible job shaping the board. He spent most of his lunch hour the first day I stopped in the shop talking to me about what I wanted and also what I needed. I love the concave to the slight V. The rails and outline were just right. The tail rocker looks like it will nose ride and turn like a dream. The wood nose and tail blocks picked out for the board were great. Hopefully I will be up to the performance of the board.

George also took a lot of time speaking to me about the Rad Noserider and what would work for me. His input was helpful in making final decisions. He also was very instrumental in helping me with the over all look on the board. I wanted something that would look classic and not overdone and that's exactly what he helped put together. His patience was incredible as there were so many choice to consider and make. It looks nice enough to hang on my living room wall or in a museum, however it's going to be surfed.

George really took his time laying out the Ultra Deck and knee paddle pad and he did a very fine job with the application. The glassing was great also, please let them know I appreciated all the care they took in helping to make the board so nice! I used to glass myself and can appreciate all the work and attention to detail that goes into a fine glass job.

David was very helpful when I also first came in to order the board and answered a lot of questions. When I picked up the board yesterday he took the time to help set up the fins and get me set up with a new board bag to protect my new Infinity Rad Noserider. He was very patient and made sure it was going to be properly secured to my Jeep for the ride back up to Oxnard.

Steve, It was nice getting a chance to meet you Sunday afternoon in the back of the shop. Your team did a great job and your lucky to have such dedicated individuals working for you. Your website and ads were instrumental in my decision to get a Rad Noserider from Infinity Surfboards. Keep up the great work and let everyone know how pleased and appreciative I am of all their joint efforts.
