Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for a really cool in-store visit. My boyfriend Craig and I were in today so he could place an order for a new, custom board. Not only did he place his order, he was treated to a visit to your "shaping" studio to watch Larry "Cobbo" begin work on his board. Craig and I have a perfectly wonderful relationship, but he has told me that his time watching Larry work on his board was the most awesome experience of his lifetime (and he's 42)! I promised him I would not be jealous! :-)

Anyway, thank you for making his day - and his boyhood dreams come true! Craig loves surfing and getting to meet the man who gave birth to his board is a huge deal for him. Everyone was so nice and the customer service stellar. Now if only he can be invited to your company picnic! :-)
